Today i came up here to share some of the home remedies that i known to prevent the mosquitoes bite.

Mosquitoes are just tiny creatures , but they can bring havoc on your lives. These pesky insects can cause dangerous, and even fatal diseases such as yellow fever, malaria, chikungunya and dengue. There are many mosquitoes repellents out in the market, but these are filled with harsh chemicals, which is bad for you and your home. These also have negative effects on the environment.

1.Coffee Grounds
The simple but effective home remedy to repel mosquitoes is by using coffee grounds. Here's an instruction on how to use it.
How to :
1. Sprinkle coffee grounds on stagnant water near your house. The mosquito eggs that are present in the water will be forced to come to the water surface, due to the coffee grounds.
As the mosquitoes come to the surface, they will be deprived of oxygen. This process will kill the mosquitoes, before they hatched and will prevent them from breeding.
2.Dry Ice
The carbon dioxide that you exhale attracts the mosquitoes. while dry ice emits lots of carbon dioxide.
How to :
1. place dry ice in a container, but keep it at a certain distance.
2. When all the mosquitoes are attracted towards that container, gently close the lid. This may be a little time consuming, but dry ice is an effective method to drive way mosquitoes.
3. Garlic
Garlic is reported to have mosquito larvicidal or insecticide properties. Here are the ways on how to do it?
How to:
1. crush a few garlic cloves.
2. Boil them in water.
3. Pour the mixture in a spray bottle, then use it as a mosquito repellent.
4. Alternatively, you could use garlic clove as a scrub before bedtime. This is to make sure bugs will thinks twice before biting.
4. Peppermint
Peppermint is a natural insecticide with minty and fresh aroma. You can use it as bug spray to repel mosquitoes. studies have proven that essential oils are very effective against mosquitoes, most specially peppermint oil.
Note :
This oil can cause Skin irritation, so be cautious when using it.
5. Tea Tree oil
Tea tree oil contains anti-fungal and anti- bacterial properties that can help in fighting off mosquitoes, as well as other insects.
How to :
1. Mix some tea tree oil drops with few drops of water.
2. Apply on the exposed parts of your body.
