Hello everyone,  How you all doing?  For me, I’m doing good so far. This was an unexpected trip experience guys. As usual i woke on this morning and went routine jogging. Then came home , had breakfast.. blah blah blah... boring right??.. i knew that... My Wife asked me today about to go some trip to somewhere but not far too.. My mom-in-law also asked me about to go to Indochin market. So i came up with the trip to one and only ...Mukdahan ... It’s a quite beautiful place which represents the culture of Isaan people. I have been there for work only.  I went there my students only I never had chance to go to there for trip.  After I said to my wife and mom-in-law, they also okay with that. But they like to go there on next morning, but I’m not okay with that. According to Thai Isaan people they do like to go on day time but on the evening they have to back home. I said that because I had experience with them for nearly 3 years. 😂  But i said to my family that i...

Hello there! How Y'all doing? This morning was really fantabulous. Winter season was started already, where the temperature drops to 18' degree. So cold out here. Whatever I have routine things to do in the morning, such jogging, irrigated on my garden. After I finished my routine work, I got showered then readied myself for the colleague's assessment, which was held at my school. I drove my car to school. I reached my school nearly at 9 in the morning. I went to the conference room where the assessment was held on. Most of my colleagues were there. I asked my friends about this assessment like " Do I need to do this or not?". they smiled and replied "No".Out of my curious, i asked some of the friends about this evaluation. They said that it only for Thai nationality teachers not for the alien!!! You know all of  Thai people call the foreigner as "Alien"(Fingers crossed) When you going to do the work permit or driving license or residen...

Spend my weekend in Pattaya

Hello everyone, How you all doing?  Its quite long right? I missed you all too. I went  to Pattaya for weekend on my vacation. It’s made me relaxed also.  I go to pattaya by the bus called Roong Rueng. It’s so terrible, my ass burnt like a hell. The driver drove the bus for 14 hours. Seriously, I thought that bus was attached with buffalo cart. This is the longest travel I ever had in my life, even when I back from US it takes only 19 hours for 50 k kilometres but in Thailand, they drove the bus for 14 hours..  Before I went there, i booked the suit room in Aya boutiques ( 4 stars hotel 🌟🌟) by online. I got that with 40% off. Its good you know. I booked through the app called Traveloka.  If you ever going to visit Thailand, you better install the app that I mentioned. Its so handy while you travel in Thailand.  I reached my hotel at 10 p.m. I felt so hunger, then i googled about restaurant availability! Finally found some 24/7 Burgerkin...

Anger management issues in relationships

Here's how you can communicate anger without destroying your relationships Some cultures are known to be extremely direct - like Germans or New Yorkers. What you see is what you get. There are no nuances. If you're from a culture that doesn't communicate this way, a direct communication style can seem harsh and rude. Other cultures are more indirect. French communication style can be passive-aggressive. In the Southern or Midwestern part of the US, propriety is valued over directness. People  act more pleasantly and congenially which is more pleasant overall. However, where the culture tends to value being "nice" more, you also have to handle the  "ice"  more. Brr… Neither works well. Neither leads to the constructive results you want. Clearly, you are angry. But both your aggressive or passive-aggressive behavior will drive people farther away from you. Here's what you should do instead: 1. Tune in to what's really going on. Become self-aware. I...
